Collection method
Before trying/purchasing the company’s treatment or products, the company will ask you to show the original Hong Kong ID card and record your ID card number. If you do not wish to present the original ID card, the company reserves the right to provide you with any services or products. According to Section 7AA of the Registration of Persons Ordinance, it is an offense for any person to transfer his identity card to another person without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.

Direct marketing content

Access to personal data
You can fill in the form OPS003 or write to the customer service manager of the company to request access to your personal data. The company will comply with the provisions of Article 19 (1) of the Personal Data ( Privacy ) Ordinance and comply with your request within 40 days after receiving your request. Pursuant to Section 20(3e) of the Ordinance, the company has the right to refuse your request for inspection if you refuse to submit a request for inspection in form or in writing. According to Article 28 of the Ordinance, the company may charge reasonable fees to those who access the data. However, if you do access your personal data for the purpose of making a reasonable correction, we may, at our discretion, waive the fee.
Correction of personal information
You must write to the customer service manager of the company to change your personal information and provide the correct information to be corrected. The company will correct your personal data within 40 days after receiving your request in accordance with Article 23 of the Personal Data ( Privacy ) Ordinance. Correction of personal data will not be charged.
